If you’re a long-time reader, or not, you may not realize there are other places to find me and chat about frugality, food, gardening, and life in general. In addition to this blog, you can “like” A Life in Balance on Facebook, and join our chats about various topics.

I also have my new local food cooking blog: Frugal Local Kitchen, and a Facebook page for more in depth conversations about local food, resources, stretching the grocery budget, gardening, and of course cooking.

On Twitter, I chat about everything I write about for both blogs, plus share resources I run across, and kibitz about daily life. I promise no updates on how long I brushed my teeth or whether I’m wearing the black pants or the brown ones today. Too much information!

Occasionally, I write for a local version of the New York Times, The Lunch Break Blog. We’re always looking for new readers and writers.

See ya around the internet!

You are amazing! I really love this blog…I discovered it last fall when you were daily listing the things you were grateful for before Thanksgiving…and, I stayed! :) Cheeryshirley

Thank you! That’s becoming an annual tradition I do with a friend of mine.
