Outside my window…
Darkness. It really is 5:10 a.m. after all, despite Daylight Savings.
I am thinking…
Of the incredible women I was surrounded by yesterday, and all the things I need to do. The discipline and focus.
I am thankful for…
Wonderful friends!
I am pondering…
Yes, discipline and focus.
Living a green/frugal lifestyle…
My biggest success this week has been staying home and continuing my decluttering project. I gave 2 books to a friend yesterday which have sat on my office book shelf since Borders closed a few years ago.
From the kitchen…
With a crazy week ahead, husband at a conference and lots of activities, I went to Trader Joe’s and picked up some fun healthy treats for the kids. We’ll do a menu plan together this afternoon.
I am creating…
plans for building a business out of blogging and writing plus plans for Spring Break.
I am going…
to the Philadelphia Flower Show this morning with 4 kids.
I am reading…
my blogging books about SEO. Plus more stuff about Google+.
Living A Healthy Lifestyle…
I did my first run in almost 6 weeks yesterday morning. My ankle is not completely healed, however, I felt comfortable enough to attempt a very slow run. I was happy to find my ankle and foot feeling okay when I woke up this morning. I’m hoping to get another run in this afternoon depending on how our day goes with our Flower Show visit.
I am hoping…
For warmer temperatures this week.
I am hearing…
Quiet. No kids up yet.
Around the house…
Thanks to my zone cleaning list, I tackled the kitchen last week and made some progress. This week, I decided to combine the living room and dining room since neither one needs lots of decluttering, just some cleaning.
Around the yard…
I started pruning the rose bushes on Thursday, and then it snowed Friday. Depending on the weather this week, I’ll continue pruning the rose bushes. We have about 4 in one bed, 2 big landscape roses in other beds, and a climbing vine against our porch.
One of my favorite things…
My new camera and lens. I’m having so much fun with it!
A few plans for the rest of the week:
A press preview for the Philadelphia Science Festival Monday night, Girl Scouts, Venturing, and the Easter Bunny and Cradles to Crayons.
