My only food waste to report this week is actually from last Friday, after I reported on last week. I had planned on making baked ziti for Friday night. My plan was not meant to be. We ended up with ground beef casserole.

Too bad about the canned tomatoes. I know how much work went into them. However, all and all, not a bad week.
Homemade canned tomatoes. What a bummer. Hate when I pull things from the freezer and expect to use them, but never get around to it. Not too bad though – no produce at least!
Still, in all, not too much waste! But, like Live & Learn said, too bad about the work of preserving tomatoes!
My week was not so good…ended up with a tooth extraction…’nuff said!
We’re off to a better week and, hopefully, No Waste! Yea! Cheeryshirley
