Last week, when my children’s school had a fall break for parent conferences and teacher in-service, we met friends from school at a local orchard/farm market, Linvilla Orchards. In addition to picking out a pumpkin to carve as a jack o’ lantern, we also took the kids on their first hayride. As far as frugal trips go, Linvilla definitely can be one, as long as you don’t spend time in the new Garden Center.
The kids love leaping from one hay bale to another.
I loved the little crook on this pumpkin, however, no one wanted to bring him home.
My daughter went with the pink tiger.
The new climbing apparatus in the playground.

Looks like so much fun. We have an apple orchard that we love visiting every fall for apples, pumpkins, hayrides, apple cider and donuts! Happy WW.
